Treatment Directions
- Plug the red light therapy hat in to a power source (either USB power bank, computer, or directly into a wall outlet)
- Choose desired wavelength for treatment from the mode button(either red, blue, or pulsing red). The Best results are with red or pulsing red.
- Set a timer for 6 minutes or longer
- Place the red light therapy cap on the top of your head.
- Do this one to two times daily
